The focus is on HP models, as that is the brand 2FIX is currently certified to perform warranty work on, but BVU understands other brands may be purchased. Any model that meets the requirements is acceptable, as long as it passes the IT validation before Sept. 22. 2FIX will continue to offer assistance with all other brands in the case of damage or failure by doing a quick assessment, offering repair advice and providing a loaner computer if off-site repair is needed.
