Data Backup Overview

Our hosting customers are able to connect to CDW’s backup service via our core network. Our customers have complete control of their backup sets and backup retention periods. One copy of the backup data is kept onsite for immediate retrieval and one copy is duplicated offsite daily for disaster recovery protection.
