CDW Managed Network Services (MNS) provide monitoring and management support for Wide Area Networks (WANs) and Local Area Networks (LANs). We design, engineer, implement, and provide ongoing, 24x7x365 network management support.

Offerings:

• Performance monitoring for router, switch, and circuit availability
• Incident and problem resolution for routers and switches
• Circuit incident and problem resolution, including carrier management and resolution, for circuit outages
• Configuration management and archiving for routers and switches
• Log collection and archiving for routers and switches
• Performance reporting for routers and switches

Credentials: We have received and maintain comprehensive SAS 70 Type II, SysTrust, and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) validations and certifications. These third-party credentials validate that our processes and technology are based on industry best practices.
