Imaging

Our Imaging services make adding new equipment to your network fast and easy. Save time and money, and ensure consistency across your network, by having CDW-G pre-load your proprietary or OEM software and configure your network settings. Your desktops, laptops, servers and PDAs will arrive at your door configured and loaded exactly the way you need them.

Rack Configuration

CDW-G can install and configure rack hardware to your specifications. We construct complete rack assemblies with servers, KVMs, UPSs, blade servers, and 21U and 42U rack enclosures. We also provide networking hardware solutions such as routers, access points, WAN interface cards, voice interface modules and cabling. All hardware is tested for functionality and compatibility, and shippped on shock pallet to ensure your rack arrives in perfect working order.

Burn-In and Diagnostics

Our Diagnostic service involves a rigorous testing process that puts your equipment through higher-than-normal usage patterns to test all system components. We can test devices for up to 12 hours. This service reduces the risk of an inoperable system upon arrival.

Asset Management

CDW-G can assist you with keeping track of your company’s IT infrastructure with our customized Asset Management services, which allow you to identify individual products quickly and easily. All tagged items are included in our in-house IT Asset Management Tracking database, and you can readily track equipment online by order number, asset tag ID number, serial number, CDW-G part number, location, manufacturer and even custom fields.
