•Upon determination of covered mechanical or hardware failure, your product will be repaired.
•Once your claim is approved, an authorized technician will contact you to schedule a time to repair your product, at your convenience.
•If for any reason onsite service is not available, shipping of the device to an approved repair facility is covered under this warranty.
•Repairs are completed by a nationwide network of authorized technicians.
Plan Details
•Onsite coverage begins once the manufacturer warranty expires.
•Once the manufacturer warranty expires, this plan provides 100% parts and labor for covered repairs.
•This plan has a claims limitation up to the purchase price of the product. The total amount that we will pay to repair your product is the amount you paid for it at point of purchase. If we are unable to repair the product, we will replace or offer a cash settlement for the purchase price of the product. Once the original retail amount has been met, the contract is fulfilled.
•Mechanical failure coverage begins once the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
•This plan must be purchased within 180 days of product purchase and the product must be in good working condition at time of protection plan sale. The plan does not cover pre-existing conditions.
•This plan does not cover Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH)
