Repair Process
•Simply call 1-866-544-7028 to file a claim, available 24/7/364.
•Upon determination of covered mechanical, hardware or sealed battery failure (laptop), your product will be repaired.
•A box and pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you to ship the defective product to our repair facility. No shipping fees apply.
•Average repair time is 3-5 business days (once the product reaches the repair facility) depending upon part availability.
•Repairs are completed by a nationwide network of authorized technicians.
Plan Details
•Once the manufacturer warranty expires, this plan provides 100% parts and labor for covered repairs.
•This plan has a claims limitation up to the purchase price of the product. The total amount that we will pay to repair your product is the amount you paid for it at point of purchase. If we are unable to repair the product we will replace or offer a cash settlement for the purchase price of the product. Once the original retail amount has been met, the contract is fulfilled.
•This protection plan does not replace your manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty.
•Mechanical failure coverage begins once the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
•This plan allows for a one-time replacement of a sealed battery.
•Sealed batteries are batteries that cannot be removed from the device by the consumer whereas unsealed batteries are connected or plugged into the device externally.
•This plan must be purchased within 180 days of product purchase and the product must be in good working condition at time of protection plan sale. The plan does not cover pre-existing conditions.
•This plan does not cover Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH)
