I have been in the market for a new webcam for quite sometime just because my old one was very outdated and has seen better days. The plug in and ready to go aspect was great with this webcam the drivers automatically installed and I was up and running in no time also the quality is very clear and it is very easy to mount on top of my TV because I utilize my TV as my PC monitor. Works Great!
We really love the Logitech C5005e HD Webcam - 720p. My youngest son uses it to do his online school work zoom meetings and for gaming, and it works great! The picture is crystal clear and it was easy to set up with his computer laptop.

A good cost-effective solution for a flexible and easy to use HD webcam. The unit is well made and has a versatile design with it’s universal clip. If you’re like me and are familiar with Logitech, you won’t be surprised the at the quality build quality and overall design. Sound quality is decent and produces clear audio. Audio is clear at a distance and works well at the stated 10’ distance. Video quality is good for a 30FPS 720P web cam. TLDR: Quality entry level web cam. Perfect for students and the occasional personal video call.

This webcam works great. It has a extra long cord which is very helpful for me. Lighting is great for my zoom meetings and everyone can hear me when I walk around my room which is very important. It’s super light and easy to set up and a must have if you need a webcam!

I was expecting that I would have to download software but it was plug and play. Even a person who is computer illiterate would have no problem installing it if they know where the USB code is. And the picture is just fine.

Great Quality Webcam!
I use this webcam for work and personal meetings for several hours per day. It is very convenient as a plug in model (USB connector and allows me to use it on the go on my laptop. The video quality is superb and very clear, compared to my previous webcam. The craftsmanship is very durable and I expect it to last for a long time. I highly recommend this webcam.

Great Webcam
This is a good webcam at a reasonable price. I use it on an older laptop that does not have a good camera for Zoom meetings. I had a little problem with it staying in one place due to the size of my laptop. I just put some "picture command strips" on the back of the laptop lid and the camera extension and it works like a charm.

Ok at video chats, wide screen is nice, not great focus
I'm unable to get the camera to focus on text, e.g. holding a phone up to the camera. otherwise its decent enough. Also it covers a good chunk of the monitor when used on a thin frame.

It's okay - probably better if you can download software to improve lighting/image quality.
I think it's a decent webcam. I do wish it came with more options to attach it to my surroundings though. There is a little stand on it which doesn't seem to fit securely on anything I have on my desk, and I had to resort to taping it up to the side of a shelf.
Also, I find that the out of the box picture is not great, and the camera on my macbook is much better. I work in a high security workspace, and cannot download software to improve the image quality or reduce brightness, etc. So for me, while the webcam does produce a sharper picture, it's never a flattering image of myself so I don't use it very often. I just wish the camera had some physical settings on it to adjust these things. However, if you can freely download software, I'd probably recommend it.
