I opened a brand new package to use with a monitor that is *maybe* 2 years old but does not have an HDMI port, only the old school blue-end cords and it didn't work. At all. Straight out of the packaging. Out of the 6 BRAND NEW PACKAGES we have here in our office, 2 or 3 work. And they only work temporarily; they end up malfunctioning within a few months.

Due to a new hire needing it, I ordered again. This newer model is much smaller, which makes it easier to transport with all the cables/adapters I have in my bag. It is just as reliable as the older one, which we still use 3-years later!
