Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not good for office networksI couldn't say if this machine is a good printer or not because I haven't been able to print enough to know, The problem is that either it won't join the office network or it won't wake up to print after going into low power mode. I've spent hours with Xerox support or on my own switching from static IP to Wi Fi and back. You can save the static IP address and use the printer for a week and then it looses all the settings over the weekend. The only way to wake it up is manually and it might print but more oftenuzz than not it won't. I'm trying to return it so we'll see how that goes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Returned within one monthI realize printers ship with low capacity ink cartridges. But the yellow cartridge was problematic from the start and at 91 copies quit working. Unlike my 6500 Phaser, there is no option to print with just black. When the yellow cartridge developed a problem the printer did not work period. When it was replaced I immediately had a similar notice on the black ink and printer quit working again. Machine never said ink was low. It simply had a message on the panel - check yellow ink. Restart printer. - device manager message told me to shake the cartridge and replace, that there was low ink density and to call tech support if the problem continued.My main issue -- I cannot have a printer that simply stops working with no advance notice when there is an ink problem.I have a xerox 6500 phaser that I was looking at replacing due to age and high printer ink cartridge prices. Very pleased with it. The Phaser 6022 is a completely inadequate replacement
