FaxPress combines all the necessary hardware and software into one server appliance which plugs directly into your network. No dedicated PC, fax modems or 3rd party software needed. FaxPress has performed very reliably in the most complex networking environments for 15 years. It is the easiest to install, easiest to use, easiest to maintain, and is the most economically priced LAN fax server solution!
Designed for Microsoft Windows NT/2000, Windows Exchange 2003 support, Novell NetWare and Linux-based networks, FaxPress is a very intuitive solution for enterprise or departmental applications. All Users can send and receive faxes interactively from Windows 95 through XP, all popular E-mail and back-end applications. FaxPress multi-line units include a free E-mail gateway for Exchange 5.5 & 2000, Lotus Notes or SMTP for GroupWise and similar email systems. Faxes are automatically routed directly to individual e-mail inboxes with D.T.M.F. from PBX’s with T1’s or through DID trunks.
FaxPress offers LAN administrators an extensive set of fax and network management tools plus several options for integration into custom applications with Castelle’s Software Development Kit or FabSoft’s Reform spooler.
Reform automates fax processing from AS400 & UNIX running Oracle, SAP, Crystal Reports, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, DOS or other accounting, financial, purchasing, mortgage and healthcare programs.
FaxPress has advanced features which are key code activated and included free with all models. Including remote client install with ZenWorks & SMS utilities, External phonebook link to ODBC contact management database, Fax Archive Service, Fax Approval, Microsoft Mail-Merge, Goldmine, Castelle Internet Faxing, SNMP management and Multi-protocol support.
