Meeting military specifications for ruggedization, the GoBook III can perform in conditions that would kill an ordinary notebook computer.
The Itronix GoBook IIITM, model IX260+, comes standard with a 1.8 GHz Intel Mobile Pentium -M processor, outdoor enhanced 12.1" XGA ColorvueTM Touch Screen, NiteVueTM keyboard, internal 56K modem, USB, serial, multi I/O, video, RJ51 Ethernet, Firewire interface and PS/2 ports, a Type III PC Card slot and a media bay all enclosed in a magnesium case. Each unit is supplied with an Itronix unique bathook handle along with a 6.6 AHr (71.2 W) Li-Ion battery pack, a universal AC Adapter, Stylus and Tether, Bathook Hard Handle, Microsoft Windows XP, and a 3-year limited product warranty. FLOPPY, DVD, DVD/CDRW, CD-ROM NEED TO BE QUOTED SEPARATLY.
