Welcome to the UWL technology e-commerce site for purchasing specific computing technology for campus use. This web site was created specifically to help UWL faculty and staff to quickly and efficiently find and purchase computer peripherals. This recommended web site will provide account information, product offerings, and contract pricing for over 150,000 technology products through CDW-g. The items allowable for purchase have been recommended or pre-selected by ITS at UWL. CDW’s just-in-time inventory model and multiple distribution centers will help to ensure you have the products and solutions you available for delivery when you need them. Delivery is free and products are shipped by the quickest, most economical carrier.
IMPORTANT Information:
Purchasing of computer peripherals is limited to $500 for each item with a total limit of $5,000 per order. If you have additional needs, you are required to contact the Eagle Help Desk or your dedicated support person for your college or department. To use this site you must request to have an account with a corresponding user name and password. These can be obtained by working with Travis Stuckey, tstuckey@uwlax.edu in ITS
When you are ready to place your order you must include your department name in the PO number field and provide your department account code in the cost center field. You will need to fill in both of these fields to complete the order.
To place an order via an account manager generated quote:
• Enter your quote number in ‘Find my Quote’ and click 'Find' to retrieve your quote
• Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to your quote
• Continue shopping or Click on 'Transfer Cart' to return to the e-procurement system
To find order status, tracking information, and other order related information:
• Enter your order number or PO number in ‘Find my Order’ and click 'Find' to retrieve your order
