About Adobe JELA

The Adobe Joint Enterprise License Agreement (JELA) provides the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, DISA, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joints Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Joint Service Provider (JSP) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) with a single pathway to the latest Adobe Professional technologies.

JELA is a multi-year contract that leverages the potential buying power of 2.6 million DoD personnel to reduce costs, improve interoperability, expand collaboration, enhance document services and extend publishing and creative capabilities.
