Brother extended service agreement - 1 year - shipment

Brother will ship an advanced exchange like-new or new replacement model next business day (call must be received by 3:45 P.M. EST). User will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label with the advanced exchange to return the malfunctioning model.
