I was shopping for a replacement and all of the models I could afford with the features I wanted have been out of stock. This way I can wait until what I want is available.My computer was upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and my USB's are 2.0. No issues installing the device, or backing up.

I got great support when I wasn’t able to get my computer set up correctly. Turned out I had nothing to do with the printer, but my computer.
