Brocade changes the economics of networking by enabling enterprises to build high-performance networks - from standard x86 servers. The Brocade Vyatta 5400 vRouter can be installed on systems scaling from single core to multicore processors for high-performance BGP routing or scalable VPN termination. Advancements in x86 processing power have proved that readily available multicore systems can easily handle small packet processing and deep packet inspection up to 10 Gbps.
The software may only be used to implement an Instance of a Virtual Machine on equipment owned or operated by you. Each implementation of a Virtual Machine is an "Instance." This software is licensed based on the specific quantity of Instances you intend to implement and may only be used for the duration of applicable subscription term subject to applicable limitations on the number of core processors. Licenses and subscriptions may not be be applied to more than one unit of equipment concurrently.
