Conflicting model changes are automatically identified and managed to help ensure the ongoing integrity of the model. CA ERwin Model Manager users are automatically alerted to the existence and nature of modeling conflicts and are guided through the conflict resolution in order to maximize team productivity and model integrity.
CA ERwin Model Manager provides a detailed change summary showing the impact of changes on all affected model objects, allowing you to select which changes to apply to the model repository. CA ERwin Model Manager lets you store, access and analyze the history of a model and all the changes ever made to it. Based on this information models may be seamlessly restored to a previous state, as required.
CA ERwin Model Manager leverages the user's choice of system or database management system (DBMS) authentication to provide the administrator with simple but powerful access management capabilities. Profile-based administration controls user access to models and model objects at multiple levels of granularity.
