In evaluating this Service please review the SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”) detailed here in the “Product Overview” section. Your order of this Service indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions specified in the SOE set forth in Product Overview section.

SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
The device required for install will be unboxed.
• The device will be thoroughly inspected for physical damage or blemishes.
• The device will be powered on and inspected for hardware and or software failures.
• Any defective device will be replaced from CDW’s inventory.
• A data capture of any pertinent info will be placed onto a spreadsheet or uploaded to sharepoint (i.e. MAC address, serial #s, IPs etc.)
• The device will be connected to controller or call manager for provisioning (may require VPN)
• Any pertinent info will be added to management system (i.e. Call Manager, Prime Infrastructure etc.)
• The device will be checked to ensure it is recognized on controller or call manager
• The device will be checked to ensure firmware/configs were applied (if applicable)
• All provisioned devices undergo a series of quality control steps to verify they are configured to the customer’s exact specifications.
• The successfully provisioned device will be re-boxed for shipment.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Customer will provide network configuration information. A questionnaire may be needed, where applicable.
• Customer will provide authentication information where applicable.

ASSUMPTIONS
•Seller will capture pertinent info to spreadsheet or sharepoint.
•Seller will make the necessary physical connections to VPN management device where applicable.
•Seller will archive all outdated or unused configuration information for future use and store for one year. After one year of storage, they will be deleted from Seller’s database.
• Seller’s Account Manager will create install configuration and include service EDC(s).
• Seller’s Account Manager will enter any additional instructions in to the installation notes on the order.

OUT OF SCOPE
• Any performance tuning, system optimization or similar activities
• Performing any Services not specified herein

SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order

PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS
• Any single wireless Access Point, IP Phone or Video Conference Endpoint device.
• The IOS/Firmware/System Software update(s) must be supported by the hardware manufacturer.
• Any changes to this SOE shall require a Change Order executed by both parties

CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms and Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein
