SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT

This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• A single CDW customized asset tag will be printed and shipped without being applied to any device.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Any product that accepts the following size labels:
• 1.25" x 0.5”
• 2.0" x 0.75”
• 3" x 2"
• 3" x 4"
• If applicable, customer is responsible for data entry of asset info into CDW Asset Management system.

ASSUMPTIONS
• Seller’s Account Manager will create install configuration and include service part number (s)
• Seller’s Account Manager will enter any specific additional instructions into the Installation Notes on the order

OUT OF SCOPE
• CDW customized asset tag applied to device by CDW
• CDW/CDWG standard asset tag
• Customer provided asset tag
• Capture tag information along with serial number of the product into CDW’s Order processing system and will be auto-synced to Customer’s CDW Extranet Asset Management page.
• Installation of any hardware components
• Any performance tuning, system optimization or similar activities
• Performing any Services not specified herein

SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order

PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS
• Any changes to this SOE shall require a Change Order executed by both parties

CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms and Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein
