Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a CDW Services Funding Block, Customer funds will be added to a Services Retainer Account (SRA). Customer may purchase any quantity of funding blocks.

Funds in the SRA may be utilized by informing CDW that you wish to apply those funds against a pending services engagement or invoice. Retainer funds will be then be applied first against the fees for services. Remaining outstanding balances will be invoiced to the Customer as normal. Services engagements will generally require an executed Statement of Work between the parties.

Funds not used within two years of purchase will expire. Customer may request a refund of any unexpired funds at any time. CDW will provide balances and expiration dates upon request to the account team.
