In evaluating this Service please review the SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”) detailed here in the “Product Overview” section. Your order of this Service indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions specified in the SOE set forth in Product Overview section.

SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Installation of licenses, registration and firmware upgrade based on service contract.
• Configure appliance with one IP address
• Create host name, assist in creating usernames and passwords for management
• Configure up to 4 VLANs (Virtual Local Area Networks)
• Configuration of default gateway
• Configure port aggregation (up to 2)
• Configure trunk ports (up to 8)
• Configure access ports for appropriate VLAN(s)
• Configuration of up to 10 access-lists
• Technician will work with customer during normal working hours to troubleshoot any connectivity problems and verify configuration is working per customer’s specifications

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• If done remotely, the customer will have set up a console connection before configuration, using a compatible terminal emulation programs and have the unit powered on. The PC will have access to the Internet
• Prior to configuration, the customer has authentication server configured and running (if required). .
• The customer has valid service contract(s) to allow the updating of software components.
• Customer is responsible for backing up existing appliance prior to configuring the new one.

ASSUMPTIONS
• Engagement not to exceed 2 hours of service. If this time is exceeded, additional service time can be purchased.
• Customer has a vendor-supported appliance listed above.
• Work will be performed during normal business hours.
• The customer will be available during the engagement.
• The customer has valid service contract(s) to allow the updating of software components.

OUT OF SCOPE
• Setup of external authentication or other servers.
• Design assistance.
• Configuration of existing switches, routers or other network equipment being connected to.
• Next Hop Redundancy Protocol
• Migration from one switch vendor to another.
• Configuration of QoS.
• Performing any services not specified herein.

SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order

PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS
• Engineer presence for cutover of firewall outside of normal working hours (8-5 Central time) will require adding minimum quantity 4 of EDC 3789870 for after-hours support.
• All services must be completed within one year from the date of purchase.

CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms & Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein
