Installation Service for IronPort Email Security Appliances Service includes:
•Initial Setup and Configuration of a Single ESA
•Upgrade the AsyncOS to the latest version
•Configure network interface(s) on the ESA for management, inbound and outbound traffic
•Configure Public and Private Listeners
•Configure the Recipient Address Table (RAT) for up to 15 SMTP domain(s) for which the ESA will be accepting mail
•Configure SMTP routes on the ESA
•Configure LDAP Recipient Validation for a single Active Directory structure if desired
•Configure Directory Harvest Attack Prevention (DHAP)
•Configure the Host Address Table (HAT) for SenderBase Reputation Filters (SBRS)
•Configure Anti-Spam Service
•Configure SPAM Quarantine, Notification and End-User Quarantine Access if desired
•Configure Anti-Virus Service
•Configure Virus Outbreak Filters (VOB) if desired
•Configure a Cisco Registered Envelope Service (CRES) profile and the creation of a basic send secure content filter if desired
•Configure one Inbound and one Outbound Content Filter
•Configure Inbound and Outbound Mail Flow Policies
•Enable Message Tracking if desired
•Configure Reporting for the ESA
•Create a Backup Configuration File
•Answer questions during the first 30 days
•Review IronPort Executive Summary Reports weekly during first 30 days if desired

Installation Service for IronPort Web Security Appliances Service includes:
•Initial Setup and Configuration of a Single WSA
•Upgrade the AsyncOS to the latest version
•Configure network interface(s) on the WSA
•Configure Authentication for LDAP and/or NTLM for an Active Directory domain
•Configure Identities
•Configure WSA for Explicit Forward Proxy and/or Transparent Mode (Cisco WCCP compatible device required)
•Configure Web Access Policies relevant to customer’s security requirements
•Configure up to 5 Custom URL Filters
•Configure Anti-Malware Settings
•Configure Ethernet SPAN ports for L4 Traffic Monitoring deployments
•Create a Backup Configuration File
•Review local Reporting and Log file analysis

Installation Service for IronPort Security Management Appliances Service includes:
Configure MSA to control up to 4 appliances (ESA’s and/or WSA’s)
•Configure network interfaces(s) on the MSA
•Update the appliance AsyncOS
•Configure LDAP Integration
•Configure Centralized Spam Quarantine, Message Tracking and Reporting for ESAs
•Configure Centralized Management and Centralized Reporting for WSAs
•Publish the Security Policies to the corresponding subordinate appliances
•Create a Backup Configuration File
•Review Reporting
