Start getting the most from your new projector right away! This service provides installation of select multimedia projectors on a wall at your business location.

Our installers will:

•Unpack projector, install the customer provided mounting bracket and mount the projector securely to the bracket
•Connect projector to pre-existing AC power supply and neatly dress the cable
•Attach and conceal the Customer provided cables from the source to the projector, up to 50 feet through standard frame walls or drop ceilings
•Install Customer provided single gang box and faceplate with inserts if cables run behind the wall
•If obstructions prevent standard wall / ceiling cable fishing cable will be run up to 25 feet and covered with raceway provided by Service Provider
•Test unit to confirm functionality
•Provide a brief, functional overview of the hardware to the designated site contact
•Remove packing materials to an on-site dumpster or other trash receptacle
•Obtain Customer sign off upon completion

* If ceiling mounted projectors not installed to standard 12 foot drop ceiling, custom quote required
•If custom reinforcement is needed additional fees will apply
•Electrical outlets will be in place prior to installation and in accordance with manufacturer cable length
•Equipment will be ready available and located in installation area at the time of install

Assumptions:
•Not responsible for customer data loss
•Customer will be called to schedule within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving notification
•Work will be scheduled within 72 hours of receiving equipment
•All work will be performed under a single site visit
•All work during regular business hours
•Customer responsible for all data/configuration backup
•Work orders will be completed with a project sign-off form
•Should work be required that is not included in the scope, a work addendum will be created
•Customer will provide the technician with workspace, access to network, user names and passwords and configurations required to perform the work
•Configuration to Customer Requirements other than the basic configuration will be charged at an hourly rate
