CLINiC IronCare - extended service agreement - 1 year

Iron Bow Healthcare Solutions offers annual maintenance to ensure the ongoing performance of its Telehealth solutions and the uninterrupted mission of the customers. This includes Second Business Day Advanced Replacement of failed units. Telephone support is managed through Iron Bow's Client Service Center (CSC), an ITIL-based contact center located in the United States.
