The connecting dual headbands on the 4100 are supported underneath by a comfort sling. This evenly distributes the weight of the headset, making it more comfortable when worn over extended periods of time. The circumaural (around-the-ear) style earcups on the 4100 blocks more external noise compared to on-ear or in-ear styles.
