The Cisco SMARTnet extended service agreement provides direct 24-hour access to Cisco experts and technical resources to resolve VOIP telephone issues and maximize operational efficiency. It's suitable for multiple Cisco devices, including CP-7942G=, CP-7942G-CCME-RF and CP-7942G-CCME-WS.

The service includes access to extensive technical resources and self-help software support tools to identify and resolve telecommunication issues promptly. In the event of hardware failure, the Cisco SMARTnet 1-year agreement includes NBD hardware repair and replacement. Other benefits include operating system updates and patches, as well as access to SMARTnet Total Care Portal® smart tools. These tools provide 24/7 system visibility, allowing quick resolution of issues. SMARTnet provides current information on service coverage, security alerts and product life cycle related to applicable IP phones on your network.
