35 I have used Pittney Bowes at a number of clients and my own office for postage. Their support is slow, but the systems are generally low maintenance. Updating from dialup to a NIC has been an issue, I think with config on the machines by the vendor. Overall a good product that requires little work on my part. November 4, 2013
35 We use Pitney Bowes for our mailer in our main office. The product has been good and has held up for years. Their support is decent, but needs to communicate with each other more. We had 4 different engineers come out to look at our machine when it wasn't working right and all of them had us do the same thing over, showing that their engineers hadn't talked to one another. We did finally get the situation fixed though. February 4, 2013
45 I'm sure the older machines were great, but the newer models are just to cheaply built to be sold so expensive. Support is great for their mailing and shipping solutions. I would recommend them because of the support. The sales team try way too hard and undercut all other companies up front, but if you are looking for a deal, then good luck. September 4, 2012
