Fuser problems for printers 3110cn
Only needed a TransBelt for my 3110cn printer, but was told I had to order the Maint. Kit in order to get it. Both times I received the maintenance kit the Fuser would not calibrate. Still using the old one:(

Great Printer and Fuser Unit Package
The original fuser unit lasted six years and over 79000 printed pages; I say this printer is well worth the cost! All it needs is toner and paper!

Easily installed
I ordered this Fuser kit for my 3115cn printer that I've had for 2 years. Replacement parts received 4 days from time I ordered, once here, took me less then 5 minutes to remove & replace both parts. Closed the cover, turned printer back on, and made a couple of copies, no issues!

Did not deliver as advertised
CONS:
The Website when we ordered the product failed to disclose that the product either 1) Out of stock, 2) Going to manufactured soon, 3) is in stock and going through Quality Control checks, or 4) there is a substitute but it may not work with your printer.
The website stated delivery of 5 to 7 days. I received an acknowledgement of close to 30 days and as that time approached another 21 days for a product that appeared in stock. Well the product was delivered within the 30 of ordering it online.
The Online Customer Support or the telephone support never once said we are sorry for the delay. They stated over and over that it take 5 to 7 days to deliver once the product ships.
The PROS is that it was very easy to install.

New Fuser Will Sit Correctly in 3155cn
The fuser unit does not set correctly causing the unit to not operate. Contacted Dell, another one was sent with the same results. Unit works when old fuser unit installed but it needs replacement and soon our 3315cn will be completely inoperable.

easy to install
I have purchased this kit twice, it's easy to install, and this printer runs like a champ!
Only problem I had is the clip on the top of the fuser didn't stay clipped and I had to tape it.

Kit works as it should.
The kit worked except the fuser. However, it was not the fuser that had the problem. Dell was gracious enough to send me a second kit and that fuser did not work either. Only one logical conclusion - it was my old 3115cn printer! I am pretty sure both fusers were fine but the printer is now history!

New Fuser I received is defective
The TransBelt worked fine but the Fuser kept giving an error saying that it needed to be re-seated. Have tried 20+ times to install it and it never worked. I put the old Fuser back in with absolutely no issues. I tried calling Dell Support and was on hold for an hour with no one ever taking my call. I want to return the Fuser for a new one but cannot figure out how to reach Customer Service.

It would have been great if all of my parts had worked. The fuser model didn't work even though I sent the original one back and they sent me an entire replacement kit (when I only needed the fuser module). I'm going to order another fuser module from another company.

Fuser DOA
My printer will not see the fuser. It keeps ssying to reseat it. I tried two kits. Neither worked. Belt drive was squeaky but works fine.

3115cn - Forced Obsolescence?
3115CN Fuser is no longer compatible with lightly used 3115CN of 2010 vintage due to firmware changes. Printer reporting Fuser near end of life. After two attempts at Maintenance Kit which each returned a error code, technical support said printer controller and fuser not compatible due to firmware and to replace Controller ($$$). Installed old fuser from second 3115CN all works. Then reinstalled old .near end of life fuser and ignoring error till death comes..
