•This plan must be sold within 180 days of the hardware purchase and the hardware must be in good working condition at the time of the service plan sale.
•This protection plan does not replace your manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty.
•This plan includes Power Surge coverage.
•Mechanical failure coverage begins once the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
•This plan has a claims limitation up to the purchase price of the product. The total amount that we will pay for repairs is what you paid for the product. If we replace your product or offer a cash settlement for the purchase price of the product (less any claims), the contract is fulfilled.
•No lemon policy – Experience four documented failures on the same component and receive a new replacement product.
•The plan is fully transferrable (Giving it away? Selling it? It’s still covered).
•This plan covers Next business day onsite repairs. Next business day onsite coverage begins on the date of the product purchase.
•Next business day onsite service is available for claims received before 3PM EST. For claims submitted after 3PM EST and on weekends and holidays, customers will be contacted by the next business day to set up a service appointment for the following day.
