I have just opened it to use, but I have to wait for an HDMI adapter before it can be used (didn't say anything about that in the sale info.) anyway it looks good just sitting behind me on the file desk. Would have been very nice to include in original package, or at least say it was needed.

Major complaint would be that HP does not ship any kind of User manual with it. Only comes with a pictorial on how to plug it in. I couldn't even find the power-on switch. Had to call HP Support to find out how to power it on. There are still 4 buttons on the back that I have no idea what they do. Hope I don't need to use them

There were no instructions on web contact info on the shipped items. There are 6 buttons on the rear side with no instructions. Had to experiment to figure out what is what. Only has one HDMI port and one VGA port.

However - no user manual like other HP 32 displays. I have added photos which might help other users. Integration with a PC was easy one I figured out the controls, including power, were on the back. The display is great with good response and great colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent monitor with some drawbacks This is an overall good monitor for the price. I purchased it for games and the picture is clear. I had to lower the contrast significantly to get a more accurate 2.2 gamma. However, this dims the picture considerably. The darks are a little too dark which can sometimes make it difficult to see darker areas in video games. The only way to fix this is put the contrast to 100, which alters the gamma and ends up having the reverse effect of making the whites too white. Increasing the backlight much higher can also help, but uses a lot more power and can be too bright when viewed in lower light. Also, when viewing this monitor from above, it gets about half as bright, so the viewing angle could be better. Overall it is a decent monitor but doesn’t fulfill some necessary requirements for achieving solid all-around picture quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crisp, clear picture! Much larger than I thought I just received my new monitor, which I ordered directly from HP. They had it on sale for $179.99, which was $50 off regular price. The 32" display is both phenomenal and awe-inspiring. I have 2 computers hooked up to mine, one with a HDMI connection, and one with a VGA connection. I can toggle to either one without much effort. I originally had HP's 25 inch monitor, but decided to upgrade, since I work from home 10-12 hours a day and wanted a bigger display. Once I got the My Display software set up, I can now control the display and colors from the computer. The only small drawback was the lack of documentation. It took a while to figure out what the buttons on the back of the monitor do, and how to navigate with the buttons, but the My Display software takes care of a lot of that. Despite this, I highly recommend the monitor. Being $50 off, I got it for $180 plus tax. I paid $30 extra to get it shipped to me in 2 days, because I would have had to wait 4-6 days for their free shipping, and I needed to know when it would be delivered so I would be home. So I chose the $30 shipping option. It was definitely worth the extra $30 to pay for that.

To expand the HDMI port I got a cheap 5 HDMI switch with remote and connected that. I use the monitor for my home theater system, computer with a TV tuner (PC), GF's mac with TV tuner. Picture is great. Love the tilt control on the display. Viewing angle is huge. Next purchase will be a cheap processor box to run my TV tuner of that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP 32s Display I have used the HP 32s Display monitor, for about 3 weeks. So far works great, as a duel display monitor. The only down side is this monitor only has two connections ports. Other than that, for the sale price, it's a great monitor. I like to multi-task, so I love all the real estate I have to play with, on this 32in monitor. The HP 32s Display monitor color display is really good. Streaming, videos and social apps shows very well, on the HP 32s Display monitor.

Also, my older HP monitors still function as new with full brilliance and full colors, Highly recommended.

It is primarily intended as a low cost solution to help me with reading documents or any other media with the smaller fonts. The image quality is excellent. Reading online newspapers is much easier with the large screen. I also use my computer as my second tv and the HP 32 makes for more pleasant viewing.

I do not see enough of a resolution difference to justify more than the 1080P that this one has. I have bought HP equipment for MANY years and have yet to be disappointed. I am sure that this monitor will not change my opinion of how much I like HP hardware.

The old one sat after I tried multiple outlets and pushinf all connections in multiple times. I was getting ready to trashit and tried connecting one more time. Egad, it’s alive! Go figure...

The minute I put it up my wife confiscated it and she is using it now lol. One wish, I bought hp monitors before and usually they come with more than one cable (VGA, HDMI, etc) this monitor came with only one, I had to be creative to make it work. Hope hp will put this monitor on sale so I can buy two for myslef

Setting up the monitor was a breeze and I have no issues connecting to either my Mac or Windows laptop. My only complaint is about the color presets. Most of those saturate and sharpen the image a bit too much and feel uncomfortable to look at if you're NOT gaming on this. This isn't a huge issue because there are other presets and you can pick your own settings to get around this issue.

My desk and computer were 12 feet away from the window, but even indirect sunlight coming in through the window has caused very noticeable reflections and eye strain.

Controls work fine with decent placement. This is a serious upgrade at a reasonable price from an upgrade perspect (had a similar 24" screen before).

HP support tested 2nd monitor and was baffled. Tech support refused to assist and demanded I get a refund. I wasted 2 weeks messing around trying to get a monitor. I won’t recommend HP to my tech friends at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Monitor for Home office and Entertainment I bought HP Monitor during Thanksgiving it's been a month I'm using this monitor and am so happy that i did purchase HP 32-inch Monitor. Most of us now we do work from home, i went for Monitor for extra wide display screen. HP Monitor 32 inch is great to work with screen sharing which has high quality picture and you can split single big screen to two using Snap Assist. And this monitor is great piece for watching News/Entertainment/Game videos as well. It came with a VGA/HDMI port and an HDMI cable. You can as well adjust monitor up and down, and also the best part it comes with wall mount point.

Start to finish purchasing this item was easy breezy and I appreciate HP prompt delivery to my door so my productivity never lapsed. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am trying to be fair I bought this monitor 3 days ago but could not install it until yesterday. The unpacking was easy. That's probably the only thing that was easy with this monitor. Your have to tell your Chinese contractor that such a piece of equipment requires as a minimum an instruction brochure how to assembly, pictures with control button locations, description of all details included in the package (I still don't know what for included was a black metal bracket that I did not need to assembly monitor on the stand). I spent 20 min. tapping the monitor to discover where the control button are. Location of those button is VERY inconvenient and awkward. The enclosed warning labels book (absolutely useless) is printed in such small font that it has to be read under microscope (I thought that it might contain instructions). It did not see the signal on the first 3 attempts and I had to restart the computer. After it started to work it works Ok. I am satisfied with the picture quality and adjustment features. My rating is exactly OVERALL rating. If asked to rate the monitor operation I'd rate 4.5*. Although in the next question I answered Yes but this is very tentative. Unless the proper corrections and improvements are not made my answer is NO.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible service and product This monitor doesn't work! I bought this HP monitor and an HP docking station to connect my MacBook laptop for work from home use. The docking station box was missing the female USB-C to Male USB adapter, so I had to buy it from Amazon. After connecting the two cables that came in the monitor box, the monitor says "no signal recognized" when turned on. The customer service is horrible, you get transferred around to different areas with no one who knows how to fix this issue. I think the box is missing a VGA cable but what do I know - I don't know the difference between HDMI and VGA.. The buttons on the back of the monitor are not labeled- terrible! It's been a real mess being a HP customer. I'm ready to throw this monitor in the trash and buy a Dell.

Only downside is the location of off and on button - it would have been better placed on the front or along the side instead of in the back. Have to move monitor to turn off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glare is extremely distracting I am so upset that this 'anti-glare' 32 inch monitor has absolutely no antiglare properties at all. It's like a mirror, everything behind me shows up on the screen. It's a shame because my smaller dell 21 inch widescreen monitor has absolutely zero glare. Am i missing something? I ordered directly from hp.com and the box and everything is the HP 32s model. How are other people satisfied with the poor anti-glare performance? The monitor support has no height adjustment (simple tilt), so that doesn't help adjust the screen to avoid glare. I guess I have to shell out a hundred bucks for an anti-glare filter for this 32" giant.

My currently used HP 25" monitor was beginning to blink black and that was a sign, in my old one that it was getting ready to say 'goodbye', so I checked prices and was able to get this new one for the same price as the 25" I'd purchased a few years ago. I've put it in the bedroom for my grandson to use w/the 17" HP Laptop and, once it starts to really go out, I'll be replacing that one. All my PC equipment is HP and I wouldn't have it any other way. HP ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not enough resolution for the size I bought this as a replacement for another 32" monitor that I was moving to a new computer when I upgraded my PC. I have a second 20" monitor that I use in a dual monitor setup on my old PC along with this monitor. The resolution would be appropriate for a 25" or MAYBE a 27". Unfortunately, I did not realize this would be an issue. You can get much better resolution, even on much smaller screens. Because of the relatively low resolution on a huge screen, everything is permanently way to "zoomed in". Moving windows from one monitor to another is especially jarring because the window resizes as it goes between monitors. Get more for your money with a different brand if you want to get a 32" monitor, otherwise go for a smaller monitor with better screen resolution. Several of the 27" gaming monitors on HP look like they would be better, if you wanted to order it all together. On top of all that, the lack of a DisplayPort port limits what this monitor can connect to (this is the reason I had to move my old 32" to the new computer). On the bright side, the screen resolution is so awful that you probably won't see any performance difference with HDMI.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP 32s This is the 2nd time buying this same monitor (1st one was actually a gift), but had issues with it unlike the 1st one. called the HP Technician and found out it’s factory defective item, he was so helpful and created shipping label for the replacement. I shipped back to HP and it’s delivered to HP today as tracking number says, now waiting for the replacement. Not sure when I will receive the replacement as I need it for work. Hopefully HP will ship it soon. Thank you.
