Also they were extremely easy to install and my OfficeJet 4620 knew they were installed right away and it also knew they were Genuine HP Ink Cartridges.

I noticed one of my cartridges were low but I didn’t want to go shopping because COVID 19 so I ordered online. It came vary fast even this lockdown situation. I also like it because it came with a no postage return envelope to recycle the used cartridges.

Found out it wasn't the ink but the print head going out again in the series c410 printer I have. This makes it the second time the print head went out. Decided enough was enough and bought a competing brand. Wasn't going to pay $90.00 for a new head that lasted less then 2 years. I also think the ink does not last as long as HP claims and I feel it's too expensive! I do have another printer that uses 902 ink. I'll make a judgement call on that one seeing as how long the black ink lasts

I never saw the warning only for use in 5 cartridge printers and does not replace 564 black on the order form. Is there any way I can exchange this for 564 black?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Accept No Substitutes! I have an HP printer, and I use only genuine HP ink. I once tried one of those internet deals where you buy remanufactured cartridges. That seemed like a good idea, because it seemed to save a lot of money. However, even though the cartridges certainly looked like HP cartridges, my printer would not allow them to install completely, and so I was forced to send them back. You are much better off with genuine HP inks! They install every time, there is never any leakage, and you are using exactly what was designed for your printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am appalled how poorly HP printers work. Installing new cartridges is a lengthy chore. One has to clean the contacts several times before the printer recognizes a new cartridge. Sometimes one has to turn the printer off and on before a new cartridge is recognized, the situation is completely unpredictable especially if you have to print such as the day before a trip when you try to print boarding passes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Print Yield is Seriously Over Estimated I use this printer daily, and while it says the print yield should be 300 to 350 for each ink cartridge, it is not even close to true. I can't get even 70 to 80 prints out of a cartridge. The yield is probably much closer to 40 to 50, not 300. The prints actually are beautiful, but costly.

And, to add insult to injury, the printer software does not allow me to use re-filled cartridges for "quality" reasons. Allow the consumer to decide the level of quality desired. This is not National Geographic. The issue is "value" and HP cartridges do not have it.

All 3 color cartridges and the black didn't last more than a month. I got less than 20 pages of color and not much more of the black. I'm going to risk buying them again now, since it's either that or get a new printer.; but I'm not happy.

I checked the other 2 that I purchased at the same time and found both were about 2/3 full. This is very poor customer service from a large company like HP. Think I will switch to some off brand ink cartridges.
