However, on my last purchase which was a HP promo, the promo advertised " buy one and get 30% off the second purchased". I wanted to purchase several ink cartridges with the cost of some being higher than others. In my purchases, I was only allowed to get the 30% off the lower priced purchases! Each time I tried to order the lower priced cartridges first and then the higher priced cartridge second, the order was reversed so that I only got the 30% off the lesser priced item!

The printer may work for a few hours, then you'll have to reinstall the driver software. Between the ink expenses, and the printer itself never working, I would never buy this HP garbage again.

Often poor color, colors smeared and gummed up the print heads. Henceforth, I will only use HP ink in HP printers. Have never had a problem the colors are great and they don't gum up my print heads.

I aligned and clean the printer heads and still no Magenta. Sadly I have been here before. I will call and see if someone can help me but I'm frustrated that my printer is not working well and that I may have to buy another printer again. Maybe another company makes a better quality printer.

I bought a new cartridges set from hp hoping to resolve the issues with my officejet pro 6968, but nothing helped.! The warranty being over my only choice, after scouring and analyzing all of hp advices and forum, is to buy a new one. I was so frustrated that I throw it in the dump, and I will buy a new printer, but NOT from HP.

My printer was very simple to set up and connect to my various devices; however, I find that just about every time I need to print anything, I need to unplug AMD restart it for it to actually reconnect. It doesn't seem to want to stay connected wirelessly when it's not actively printing for an hour or so.

I inserted the cartridges and heard the audible "click" indicating it was installed properly. I hit print and got a "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed." I removed and reinstalled the cartridges 5 or 6 times and got the same message. I reinstalled my HP cartridges and received no similar message. THERE IS NO COMPATIBILITY!

Yes I have cleaned the printer heads twice through all 3 stages and it is still terrible. I even purchased the 3 pak from a different manufacturer which almost ruined my HP printer. Do I have to buy a new printer just because HP has a problem with the 902 color pack of cartridges? This has cost me a bundle of money and I had to go without a printer for 3 or 4 weeks because I could not find an HP 902 color pak? I am very disappointed. I had to return 3 of the HP 902 color 3 pks before it was made known to me that they were no longer on the market. The pak I ordered from Amazon was one that my HP printer denied. I did manage to purchase 2 single colors directly from HP but they were out of the yellow. I found the single yellow cartridge on Amazon at last. Very inconvenient. I am very satisfied with my HP Officejet 6968 printer and would not be happy if I had to purchase a new printer just because of the cartridges.

I got this product ...a high capacity Ink cartridge as I do often...and several colors ...always was easy and convenient ...This one was Magenta....and I NEED both Yellow and CYAN for about a month....both ordered from HP and still not available --so every thing other than plain Black and white is totally distorted ....how in the world could HP a large normally reliable enerprse allow this to happen to a repeat (by necessity) customer ?

I believe the price of ink cartridges is "gouging" though! They can be refilled for under $10, so why is that "Refillable", "returnable" cartridge always so pricey?

Until cartridges are replaced make sure the printer is on to avoid damage to the printer. Don't know for sure which cartridge it is but I suspect it is the red one.

I spent over 4 hours on line with one of the representives shown on the HP website to fix this problem and he could not fix it.
