Great performance, but...
I wish there is better technical support from hp. I tried to reach them twice with no success. Setting up is not easy for a non IT technical person.

Not Network Capable
Was told this was able to be printed over network connection. That is not the case and I had to purchase an additional item from HP to do so. I would not have purchased it otherwise. Plus, we got billed for 2 machines and only bought one and I have yet to see those charges reversed. Overall, really bad buying experience for my first time dealing with CDW.

So far so good
This printer prints documents fairly quickly and the features are very useful. The pullout keyboard is great to have. Does a great job so far at speedy printing.
