Rated 5 out of 5 byJimK from Poor quality product, awful support from HPThe printer worked satisfactorily for six months. Then problems started. Paper jams EVERY time on mutli page documents. Smudges on the printed output. HP support are worse than useless. After an hour of "troubleshooting" agent informed me "there is a known hardware issue with this model" we can send a replacement. Great, now I get a new piece of junk to replace the old piece of junk. I was on the phone with support for one hour and 20 minutes and STILL HP could not complete the process to send a replacement and will call me back.
