Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not work with Windows 10After spending hours trying to set up this product in Windows 10 and hours holding on the telephone for support, was told the product was defective and to return it to cdw. Replaced product does the same thing, contacted support via web site two weeks ago, no response.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed tweakingThis device worked reliably once its setup was fine tuned. It does need to be plugged into a USB 3 port, i tried a USB 2 port but there were connectivity issues. The manual says that the transceiver has a 30 foot range, no. I had to get a USB extension cable to get the transceiver closer to the device on the other side of the room. Once I did this it has been working reliably ever since.
