Rated 5 out of 5 byTodd T from nullThis is a good design with no wires (Bluetooth & NFC). The fit is good and comfortable for me up to about an hour, much over that and the on-ear cups do become painful for my ears. The boom mic design is good in how it folds up and out of the way and the magnetic catch to hold it in place is really nice. One drawback on the mic boom is the noise that it makes when you move it up and down, don’t think the person on the other end can hear but it is louder than I would like in my ear. Controls are okay on the side of the ear piece however there could be more “feel” definition to the buttons would be better. My main complaint is the problematic connections with the PC. If you have to switch back and forth between speakers for presentations and headphones for video or training and headset for Skype/Phone this is real pain point. While Jabra has developed some nice software to help it still does not seem to be working as well as I would like to see. Battery life is okay, I have to charge at least once a week, sometimes twice depending on usage rate. Overall good design and good function, with some help on connections and better buttons this would go from good to great!

It does address all my desires :-wired (no dongle, drivers, blablab), it just works all the time everywhere - ANC : great to isolate myself in a noisy environment and get stuff done at the office. And also is big so when I have it on, people are more conscious about walking to my desk and ask me stuff.-Skype/ Lync certified-It has been a year now, and now issues, I take it everywhere I go form the beach to airport to even outdoor festivals.-I like the busy light integrated when busy but should also work with the Skype for Business full presence color set-I like the color scheme : black and red : beautifulI have to admit I am not using it as a music headset when walking outside as it is a bit too bulky and with the micro bit make me feel "not cool"Thanks guys with that headset, I can work, produce, meditate, isolate and relax myself !great work !

When I'm on a Skype call, if I receive an SMS, I lost Skype call for a few seconds to hear a bell send from my phone that I don't care about.... In that situation, o KY phonecall would interest me, not any notification,.. and in case a phone call occurs, I'd like ringing being in background of my current call in case I want to dismiss it.Anyway it's really a good job. I was previously using a Plantronics c720 headset and I won't go back it !Regards
