Rated 5 out of 5 bycalais from VGA monitor adapterI bought a new Desktop Tower, it only had one port for monitor. I normally use two monitors. I enquired form Lenovo for a solution. they recommended the HDMI to VGA Adapter. I works better than with the two VGA ports

Rated 5 out of 5 byGregStei from MIxed reviewWhen ordering my ThinkPad P70 plus a ThinkPad Workstation Dock I was additionally sold the "Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter". What I asked for was a DisplayPort that could connect to two HDMI screens. I was then sold this "Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter" to add the ability for the Workstation to connect to more than one HDMI Screen. However, there is no place to connect this adapter to the workstation, it only connects to the P70. So, yes it works, but i have no need for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDukeForest from Does not work with X260It seems Lenovo has issues with the mini HDMI port when connected to a VGA monitor. The port goes to sleep and disconnects the remote monitor, with the chime sound as though you just unplugged the cable. If you reinsert it, you get the monitor back briefly--until it disconnects again. It may be due to power management but I tried all settings. As everyone should know, Lenovo provides no support for their drivers unless you buy a service package, even under warranty. They'll replace the system board but that will do nothing to fix the issue. They replaced mine and it did nothingThis is with Windows 10 Pro, by the way, in default configuration from the Lenovo factory.
