Its a system
This is part of a mounting system. To make it work you also need to purchase the VESA mount bracket. CDW#4531594. The construction is nice and solid and if you have an adjustable table it is a nice way to keep all the cables off the floor and the computer from taking up room on the desktop.
It would be nice to buy the 2 pieces as a single package or at least be told that the VESA mount is required but sold seperatly.

Who designed this?
No way to secure Tiny to mount, therefore it slides. Poor design. Comes with 4 screws but no way to screw them onto any surface that will hold computer.

Lenovo scores with desk mount
Solidly constructed under desk mount. Comes with everything you need to assemble and install. Cut and sizing is perfect for my PC. Definitely recommend to anyone needing one for their tiny PC and wanting to have the space saving capability of a mount.

Works for a shelf
Might work for some models, but with the M60e it does not have the proper mounting holes to secure the computer in place. Still worked to house the computer if you want it just sitting on the shelf.

Pragmatic, Space-Saving Solution
This is an excellent space-saving solution for anyone who owns a ThinkCentre Tiny PC. I already have 2 of these. They may be a little pricey, but definitely worth the value. It keeps my 2 PCs under the desks, conveniently located, but not obstructing any part of the workspace area.

I Love This Mount...
This is a must have if you have a place to mount it. I have it mounted under a workbench. Very well made and mounts easily. Not all desks have a place to mount it though.

These are easy to install and fit very well under a desk to hold the tiny workstations and the power supply. The biggest issue I had with these is there is no information in the description mentioning in the instructions on how to mount the PC into the bracket. In the picture it clearly shows the PC in a separate casing inside the mount but doesn't say what that is. Definitely need a little more clarity for how these are supposed to attach.
