Although the belt clip seems sturdy, the latch is not strong enough and the phones "unclip" in certain situations. Always have to double check if the phone is still there...But it's a must if you are like me with a LifeProof case on your iPhone !

Rated 5 out of 5 byChrisS from Broke another one!I like the belt clip for the 6s however the connection between the belt clip and the unit that holds the phone is a very weak link. I use my phone constantly throughout the day and within a few months one of two things invariably happens: 1) the part that rotates wears out and just snaps off or 2) the same part of the clip just breaks and I'm out of business once again. This gets frustrating as I'm on clip #4 and have to keep replacing them as there is really no other option for carrying the Lifeproof case. The case is fantastic and worth the money to protect the phone, but it's a shame that a belt clip, that should compliment this great case, is mediocre at best. At $29 a clip (no pun intended) this gets old (and expensive) really fast.

The belt clip allows easy placement on the clip and easy to take the phone off the clip. It also has a good lock that is easy to slide on and off. Great design.

I feel confident that if properly clipped, and locked it is secure.
