Decent for the price but if you are a multi-hour a day typer I would suggest something with a little more comfort. This combo outranks every dell set that I've tried. The Wave design and palm rest had me spoiled in a matter of days. What a difference this keyboard has made. The only thing different about the new mouse is the color. Thank you Logitech. I would recommend Logitech without hesitation or reservation.

I use it because it's not ergonomic but still have a slight curve to it and is just comfortable to use. I love the mouse's back and forth buttons too. Just very easy and natural to use. Finally, the software is amazing! The Unifying software is just so intuitive and easy to use and makes it all complete as a package.

The keys are quiet, have a great tactile feel, and the subtle ergonomics add the comfort. The built in wrist pad is also more comfortable and natural feeling than any aftermarket rest I've seen. The mouse has a nice feel as well, and the forward and back buttons quickly become something difficult to live without. I highly recommend this combo for home or office.

For the price and performance; it goes way beyond what is expected. I recommend it to my customers and have been very pleased with "the set" to do so. The battery life is more than satisfactory. I have never had a problem reasociating to The USB receiver as in other brands from the past. Cons; Even though I have recommended it to others, I personally have gone through 2 sets over the many years. Keys on the keyboard tend to stick after a while, but I am rough on them for I do a lot of keyboarding with my high computer usage.

I tried this KB/M combo at a friends house and had to get it. The keyboard is very comfortable to use for long periods of typing. The mouse action is smooth. CONS: Price. Wait for a good sale to purchase. Battery usage. I use rechargeable, which get used a bit quicker.

Just plug in the small USB adapter and install batteries and it was good-to-go. Design is comfortable and it is easy to adjust to the wave shape of the keyboard and the design of the mouse. Well worth the purchase price.

It is a large keyboard so make sure it will fit on your desk. The mouse is also very comfortable in my hand and easy to use. Each is much superior to the Dell keyboard and mouse that came with my computer. My only regret is that I did not buy it sooner.

I found it wise to put the USB dongle on a USB extension cord and put it within 6" of the keyboard and mouse. I would recommend it to a friend--but not to my wife because she doesn't like the curved keyboard rows.

Also I like the fact that it turns off after you are finished using the computer which saves your batteries. I would highly recommend this to everyone-it is a must to have. It is a great value. Rated 5 out of 5 by from MK 550 Pros. This is good in many ways. Features already available documented, so not giving details. Cons. 1. No keyboard LEDs to display status of lock keys. 2. Software came through CD (Setpoint 6.1) could not be installed correctly in my Win7. I had to download latest Setpoint (6.3) from logitech website then could install. Even I had to disable my anti virus software. 3. Extra function keys(silver color) are very light, not hardy.

The soft wrist rest eliminates the gel wrist rest that I used to have to use. I'm still discovering attributes that I like. I have yet to find any that I don't!

Well the second I touched the keys it was like it was meant to be. There did not seem to be an adjustment required from me at all,in fact I found certian keys I had trouble with before were much easier to find now. I also loved the larger delete key and better positioning of the "Back" key for my hands. Love this keyboard. Very easy setup. Oh yes, it is also wireless which I have gone to for all my computer needs. Cons None that I can find, although I have seen comments on how noisy the mouse is. I don't even notice it now. Review I will NEVER go back to the flat and straight keyboards that come standard. When I buy my next computer I will upgrade the keyboard during the order process. Thanks

I am free to travel with my work anywhere I desire. Laptop keys are not as easy to use as desktop keys, and the same goes for touch-pads. So I purchased the Logitech MK550. No wires on either the mouse or the keyboard, light weight, and easy to carry in a 2nd laptop bag. Just what I wanted. A portable computer that is easy to work on, like a desktop.

It really has everything right on the keyboard so you can use it to go anywhere on your computer. I hate to say it, but I honestly have not found any cons with this keyboard (that is the truth). However, I am having trouble with the mouse, it just suddenly decides that it does not want to go where you point it. I have done all the troubleshooting recommended, however, no solution yet. I have gone into the settings with no results to my settings either. So, I am not happy with the mouse!!

I love the ergonomic design of the keyboard and the fact that you can set up your own hot keys. The mouse also has addition buttons you can program to operate the way you want them to. The box also says it is an MK550 but The keyboard in the box says k350, when you search why the caps light lock does not work and you put in the k350 model it says it does not have a cap lock light. It took multiple calls to dell to just explain the problem, they sent me another of the exact same keyboard and of course exact same problem. Multiple phone calls it is now an "escallated " problem. Really just put the keyboard in the box that belongs there. The light may seam trivial but since we live in a world of unlimited password request it is just a lot easier with it.

Too many times the base of my thumb would touch the touchpad, highlighting everything I had typed from the cursor location to where my glorious prose was progressing, and then my next character I typed erased those wonderful words. The Logitech Wireless Combo solved that problem. I love the curved keyboard, the minor resistance click, and the way it sits firmly on my lap.... great feature-keys around the typing area, too. Setup was automatic!! (OK, I had to plug in the little USB wireless thingy, but automatic after that.)

The keyboard is comfortable 3. The mouse does not have poor reaction time which I've experienced with other wireless mice and no amount of settings changes seems to help. This mouse works just as well as an old school cord mouse but it's fantastically wireless

The mouse has a really nice feel and is also very responsive. When they since inactivity, they go into sleep mode to save on battery consumption. I highly recommend the Logitech MK550 wireless combo to anyone looking to upgrade their current keyboard and mouse setup.

I have typed for hours and have no discomfort. The ease of having everything at your finger tips is amazing. I have told a lot of my friends about this keyboard. The mouse that come with it is nice, but a little large for my hand, need to have a smaller version for women.

Everything you need is literally at your fingertips. Plus, it is all wireless so I could easily sit on my bed while still using my computer. The zoom in option works amazingly for sitting a ways back from my computer screen (a 32 inch tv). I would recommend this keyboard/mouse combo to anybody. I absolutely love it and I have no clue how I ever survived without it!

I had a different brand of wireless keyboard and wireless mouse but the keyboard skipped a lot and the mouse didnt have the easy keys to move forward and back. I think this keyboard is a little big, but I think it works great and all the keys are easy to see though. And the function keys are nice.

Also there are no wires it clutter up the desk. This wireless keyboard and mouse set increased my word processing productivity tenfold. I now get a lot of work done in less time. The mouse is also very nice and have no complaints and i do use the back and forward page keys on the mouse constantly. everything performs very well and has no lag at all. But having a light up keyboard is what I really need. I didn't realize it at the time of purchase. After opening up the box and using it. I wish I had done more research. But I am going to have to make it work. My typing skills are getting better because I don't have a light keyboard. So in the long run it was a good purchase. Now days when you purchase anything you do not get instructions from a to z how to work computer to television and everything in between. You get no instructions with any thing these days and I don't like looking it up on the internet. That"s no help must of the time. I want my instruction to come with my equipment. Back in the days instructions came with everything making it easy to go through the process. I long for those days.

The one major downside is how loud the keyboard is when you type. The buttons are hard, cheap plastic and are extremely noisy when you push them. I will definitely have to consider returning because it is almost unbearable.

The keys feel great, perfect size, they have just enough resistance when you push on them that you can be sure of each keystroke. The wave deisgn actually make it more comfortable and makes keystrokes more accurate, less typos. The media buttons and shortcut buttons are great, and I love the padded wristrest. The unified wireless receiver comes with an extension so that you can put it closer to your desk for best reception. I have been able to get the keyboard and mouse to work from over 25 feet away, so the reception of receiver is very good. For the price, you wont find a better keyboard/mouse combo. I think you will be very happy with this product.

So I opted for the Logitech Wave. The mouse is fine, I like it. The "Wave" Keyboard is going to take some time to get used to. Installed the Drivers CD and the install was a little "funky" and seemed to stall and studder on a super fast gaming machine. I left, had a cup of coffee and the driver finally installed and then wanted to do an immediate internet update which took 2 cups of coffee. Over all I'll get use to the Keyboard. Just wish they still made the old style that keep my wrists from crimping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice design and good value, but dead keys Logitec used to be the go-to standard for nicer keyboards and mice, but this is about the 4th one lately that I have gotten that either had dead keys out of the box, or developed dead keys shortly after purchase. In this case, my staff member was completely happy with her new Wave Keyboard and mouse combo until she had used it a few days and found it had F1-F12 keys that didn't function at all and an "R" key that only worked if you pounded on it repeatedly. If this was a one-time thing, I'd just dismiss it as a fluke, but this is about the fourth one lately among several different Logitec models and from different suppliers that has had this problem. Logitec needs to serious upgrade their quality control. Dell was quick to offer a replacement, and I hope this one will be OK, but an otherwise nice keyboard was ruined by another quality problem.

There are a couple of minor things that detract from the overall high quality and comfort. The keyboard is relatively bulky and most of that bulk is taken up by buttons that I have limited use for. My biggest annoyance is that with such a big keyboard, they still changed the layout of the keys above the arrow keys (home, end, del, page up, page down, etc.). I'd rather have a standard layout and less extra keys.

I have Logitech keyboards/mice since they started making them; never had a bad one, until now........... the "5" key on the ten key sticks horribly, screwing my inputting up and wasting time. Bad, straight out of the box. Unfortunately, with COVID, I don't have resources to order a new one, and then send the old one back in. Logitech should really look at this board, because I am sure that the sensors on the back of this keyboard are bad. There are a few other iffy keys, but really, the major one is the ten key five key. Sorry for the poor review. CDW is a great company and I would not let this review sour buying other products from them. High standards and I have used them for my purchasing department for many, many years.

I bought a hp keyboard earlier this year and called for a replacement after a few days. the problem exist in the second unit also. after two error in transmission to my financial trades, the hp keyboard had to go. the Logitech keyboard works correctly. an upgrade may be required for my system in the near future and my concerns are with the keyboard of the new unit. if it is the same model type as the bad units I've received, a second option is to select another brand.

Didn't notice the curvature in the picture initially. The pinkies are the shortest finger, yet those keys are the farthest away! I learned to type on a straight keyboard. Everything is just slightly off due to the curvature. I've never made so many typos in my life. Other keys have been moved to new places - Home; delete; end; page up &down. Forcing you to look for them while typing. There are some new keys added. You don't know what they are since in some effort to save money, HP sends NO documentation. Had to look for documentation on the web. What over-weight customer service rep in a focus group thought a curved design was a good idea? It's stupid. Not everyone types like this. And the mouse - (I'm left handed) The left click button has stopped working. There is some new, small button on the side that backs you back up to the previous web page, losing everything you just typed! Very frustrating. After two years, I've had it. I bought a new keyboard and mouse this morning. A STRAIGHT keyboard. Only good thing is the weighted wrist pad.

I took it out of the box and I think it took two minutes to set up! The batteries are even included!!! Everything just worked right away! Even all the feature buttons! I bought this for my new laptop because I hate laptop keyboards and like the ergonomic ones better. It's so worth it! The mouse is way better than the touch screen on the laptop too. I can work so much faster with this wireless keyboard and mouse set. Love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Logitech product ever bought This Combo is the worst Logitech product I've ever bought.... and I have a lot of their products on several PCs. There is no connection between the software and hardware. Even using the latest download from their website, the components never "unify" with the PC. Had to use a wired keyboard just to type this review. I am completely disappointed with this combo. Maybe I just got a dud, but buy this at your own risk.

Large solid keys, a comfortable palm rest and the "wave" feature is great for keeping all the keys within reach. Pleanty of programable accessory buttons with shortcuts to all of your favorite office programs. I buy this for any of my office workers that want a wireless keyboard and do a lot of data entry. I have noticed a little bit of lag sometimes when you don't use the keyboard for a while#like when your reading a blog or away from your desk# but it barely detracts from the vaule of this combo.

It's also very bulky - almost double the size of a standard keyboard - so make sure you have plenty of space on your desk.

Silly me, the MK550 combo comes with the same old MK350 keyboard. I don't know why they just didn't call this the MK350 combo. At any rate everything works. It took me some time to get used to it because of the wave but now that I have, it is the best keyboard I've had in a while. I have since then ordered some for the office. We always have keyboards go out after a few months of use, the keys begin to stick or the connection from the pc to the keyboard go bad. The ladies in my office all love this keyboard. It isn't too loud when typing and it fits your hands well as you type.

I like the soft wrist pad, the wave design of the keys, and the excellent battery usage. I have two of these at home as well. I would recommend the MK550 to everyone that asks.

However, I must make two VERY important points. 1. The keyboard OFTEN drops typed characters (AT ANY distance!) 2. The software available (06/29/2014) for the M510 mouse is NOT fully compatible so you can NOT save your settings! I cannot stress enough how annoying it is to have to reset your mouse settings EVERY TIME you restart your computer! BTW, I bought a second set on sale Before I upgraded to windows 8 and BOTH have exactly the same issues so it is not a sample defect . If you do not plan to use this with anything beyond win 7 and the issues I mentioned are not a big deal for you then go for it.

However, you should be aware that the mouse is strictly for a right handed user so if you need a left handed mouse then this set is not for you. I did purchase another mouse, but due to my laptop docking station set up, I can't use it. Therefore, I am forced to use the mouse that can in the set, but it does not contour to my left hand very well.

The keyboard has a very good feel to it, the keys are responsive and perfectly placed. I like the wrist rest as well. The mouse also has a solid feel to it, and the buttons are all in the right place. The set looks and feels like a much more expensive product. I recommend to anyone looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse!

The mouse and keyboard are both big, bulky and heavy especially due to the AA batteries that are needed. But the keyboard and mouse combo only requires the use of one USB port. Both are VERY comfortable to use with ergonomic shapes and cushioning. The keyboard and mouse both has shortcut buttons as well. Very happy with this product.

The Logitech software does not recognize the mouse and there is none available to map keys or adjust it other than the standard Microsoft app installed with Windows 11. Key presses on the keyboard are sometimes not initially recognized, as if the wireless software is snoozing. Distance is not an issue. I would buy it again, and the price point is quite good.
