Simplified Agreement - Now it's easy for your institution to subscribe to the license coverage needed on an annual basis, without the hassle of revisiting your terms and conditions each year. An umbrella agreement, called the Master Campus Agreement, contains the terms and conditions that dictate the use of the software and has no expiration date. Once you sign the Master Campus Agreement, you can place an order for 12 months of license coverage by submitting a Subscription Order Form to CDWG.

On the Subscription Order Form, you must specify your total Full Time Equivalent (FTE) faculty/staff count and product choices. When the coverage expires, you submit a new Subscription Order Form with an updated FTE count and new product selections to subscribe to another 12 months of coverage.
