Protect your Surface® notebook with the Microsoft® 3-Year Complete for Business Extended Service Agreement. This agreement provides device setup and software support for Microsoft Windows® and Office 365®. Obtain one-on-one tech help whether working from home, in the office or on the go. The Microsoft Complete for Business plan for one Surface device covers parts and labor for three years from the original purchase date. It includes replacement and advance exchange services. If you have a problem with your device, Microsoft will send you another device to use during the repair time period. Another benefit is Accidental Damage Protection, which covers spills, scratches and screen cracks, up to the original purchase price or two replacement claims.

The Microsoft Complete for Surface Book policy covers 3 years from the original purchase date of the Surface notebook and must be purchased within 45 days of that date. This service agreement provides device replacement in case of defects or malfunctions that can't be repaired. The plan is transferable with device ownership.
