The MCD or Mitel Communications Director is now called the MiVoice Business- Great product- we have had it for many years when it was called the MCD or 3300. Mitel has always had a great migration program and has allowed us to upgrade the system over time, upgrades are easy and can be done as we find the funds to do it. The applications available to the system are numerous and each year progress the functionality.
