I had to contact netgear simply because there were 4 other existing Netgear in my apartment complex and it kept trying to connect to those existing networks. My tech was awesome we changed the network name and I'm very happy with this purchase next up will be for my mom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great but needs some workThe modem/router works just fine but from time to time the signal will decrease. It says it is good for up to 6 devices but with just 4 it starts to act funny and doesnt reach in some areas where it would if it only had 1 or 2 devices
