Rated 5 out of 5 byFishhead from Mostly good, but some QC concernsI have owned the headset for just over three months and use for several hours each day. Generally, the Explorer 505 works well and as described. Battery time is good. Audio quality and volume are good. It's light weight and feels mostly secure, however I think I could benefit from a larger earpiece. My complaints are: 1) the finish on the inside is peeling and exposing raw metal. 2) the rubber cover on the outside is beginning to peel off. I expect that it will be completely off within a month or so. Hopefully, this will be covered under the warranty once I place a request. My only reason for delay is that it is still serviceable and I depend on it. I do not like the idea of being without it for any length of time. As a result, I will put off my request for a while.Yes I do recommend it as a quality headset with the reservations above.

Headset has a very nice design. Much easier to put on that previous headset. It is an all around better headset than the previous headset!!! Thanks Plantronics for this Wonderful Wireless Bluetooth Headset!!!!
