There were multiple favorable reviews of this headset and its predecessor, the Voyager Edge.On phone calls, people at the other end describe the sound quality as excellent. On my end, I would describe it as good. I thought my old non-Plantronics Bluetooth headset had good sound in both directions, but in a back-and-forth test on a phone call, the person at the other end and I both found the 3200 UC sounded much better.It works very well with Google Assistant on my Android smartphone. This makes it useful for such things as hands-free walking directions. It also works very well with Dragon on my PC, comparably to the wired headsets I’ve been using for years.Noise cancellation for outbound sound is very good.The headset snaps into the carrying case, which charges the headset. The small case easily fits into a pocket, and being much larger than the very small headset, makes it easier to retrieve from my pocket.The Android app shows connectivity and remaining talk time on a pull down alert; this also shows up in the app and in the PC software.Comfort is good, with a bit of noticeable pressure. For long use, I alternate ears.An eartip tore when I removed it and put it back on the headset to try different sizes, but it still is usable. Eartips are not covered by the warranty but are inexpensive; I ordered more.To summarize, this is a well-designed, well-functioning Bluetooth headset, and I’m happy with my purchase. It’s a major upgrade from my old headset.

Easy to connect with comfortable fit (once you find the right ear tip size) and good sound quality. I was slightly disappointed with the paint finish around the power button area since it chipped after a day of use but overall is good headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTerryNic from Excellent sound quality and useful charging caseJust took delivery of my Voyager 3200. Pairing with my phone was really easy as it has NFC pairing built in. Sound quality is excellent and it fits my ear perfectly. It also has the great advantage of a "charger case", the holder works as a charger as well, therefore I can recharge an additional 10 hours on the fly! Probably my best plantronics so far.

Works perfectly on my Windows 10 desktop running MobileConnect (version 22.4.0.7.00 for VOIP calls. Using OnePlus 3 running Oxygen OS 5.0.5 (Android 8) for mobile calls. Plantronics hub detected firmware updates right away for the BT600 module (v.1509) and the headset itself (v.345). Excellent connectivity even in an office with loads of other Bluetooth gear.

The quality of the sound is amazing and the setup was simple. It comes with different adaptors to attach it to your ear which is nice because the one that was originally installed on it hurt my ear. An all around great headset

All noice from surrounding is horrible to my call recipient.

It is so light and well-designed that my concerns about a secure fit were quickly dispelled. (I am used to a loop going over my ear.Supremely easy to use and featuring crystal-clear audio, it is a very useful addition to my daily kit list.The only issue I have found is that the microphone stem can occasionally touch my cheek, causing noise. Takes just a moment to adjust it away from my face, however.I find it very helpful to know how much charge is left from the LED's on the charging case. Very useful to be able to charge the device directly as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJohnzh from The Best YetWhen I unpackaged the 3200 I was astonished how small and how light it was compared to any of my previous bluetooth headsets. At only 7 grammes I could hardly tell that it was on my head. One challenge I had when I first tried it on was that it didn't seem to fit terribly well into my ear and I was concerned that it might fall out and be lost. I decided to install the optional loop to guarantee its security, and since then I have kept the loop on as it fits very comfortably. I am also confident that it won't fall out of my ear under any circumstances, including whilst doing exercise.I love the portable charging case it came supplied with, it not only looks and feels a well made and high quality accessory, but more importantly it provides storage for the BT600 USB Hi Def wide band Bluetooth adapter and more than doubles the life of the battery between charges. The 3200 firmly clicks into place in the charging case and you can instantly remove it and place it back in your ear if you receive an incoming call. One word of caution; if you leave the optional loop on the headset it's possible to inadvertently flick the loop with your coat or sleeve and dislodge the headset from the charging case as i discovered on one occasion. I deliberately tested the 3200 with Siri in a windy environment and was very impressed how successfully it filtered out the wind noise. The result was I managed to communicate every word I spoke to SIRI on my iPhone. The result was a 100% correct result proving that this was the case.I have recorded audio on my smartphone using the 3200 as the input microphone and the playback was excellent. I had configured the headset for wideband use which is noticeable compared to standard fidelity. The 3200's volume and sound quality are excellent, especially considering how small it is.My overall impression of the 3200 UC after having used it for a little less than a week is that Plantronics are on to a winner with it, Without meaning to sound too clichéd "Good things often come in small packages".
