It has a small footprint, but offers so many functions, like scanning to email, USB, shared folder, Share Point, Office 365, FTP... without a PC, so you don't have to worry about compatibility, which is such a hassle in the scanner world. It's perfect for a small office, and the pre-programmable buttons make repeated jobs fast and simple. You can also do simple edits on the touch screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 byb999 from Not the best ChoiceThis unit has some design issues. It paper jams after 10 sheets every time. It looses connection to the mail server. It sends corrupt zip files that can't be opened. I had to take out a small device that clipped into the feeder because it fed paper crooked no matter what. The unit came with 2 of these, but I'm not sure why. I called technical support, but no one answered. The phone just kept ringing. I will be sending this unit back.
