All are good product and cost effective, but they are heavy and take up a lot of room. They can also be slow, taking time to power up before each print. I did have problems with this model. The first one I bought came right out of the box broken. Error message that couldn't be fixed so we had to return it. The second one came with toner all over it, including the inside. Odd because the toner cartridges are sealed for transport. It worked fine, though, for a few months. Recently it stopped working. Fortunately, I was able to easily register the printer and request service. The technician had to order parts, which took two weeks. Interestingly, the parts and service came out to almost double the original cost. Fortunately, it was all covered under warranty and we didn't have to pay a dime. Hopefully it will continue to work from now on.
