Rated 5 out of 5 byltong from Needs an ElbowUses: Laptop, in and out of docking station. Review: The compact size makes it very nice to carry around or wear on your lanyard. This is a positive for me, as I'm accustomed to large card readers with lengthy cords, etc. The downside to this design is that the USB ports on the laptop are naturally situated close to other ports (or jacks). This results in the card reader inadvertently covering a jack you need to access. OR if your docking station covers your available USB port, then the reader has to be located on the back-side of the docking station.Recommendation: What might help is an elbow to bend the reader out of the way to access certain ports or get a short USB extender for times when it is needed.
