I love that the important pockets (for my Macbook and iPad) are felt-padded and safe. I love the big comfortable easy-to-grip handle on the top. I love that it's solid and perfectly weighted enough to stand up on its own. I love it's small front-facing compartment for convenient access to things like my Airpods and phone charger. I love the size of the big center compartment. I love the comfort and security of the backpack straps. It's easy to carry in one hand. It's easy to wear on my back. It fits everything. It feels good. It looks good. What more could one want? I feel like I lucked out finding this backpack!

The backpack also sits on my back comfortably and the straps are comfortable on my shoulders. The pockets and roominess of the backpack is great and fit everything I needed it to. It also fit under the seat in the airplane with no problems. #sweepstakes

Storage wise, it's smaller than my last laptop backpack, but I bought it for that very reason - so that it easily fits under an airplane seat. I've had it for almost 3 months now and on half a dozen trips. The bag has done fine. This is my second xenon bag, and my prior one held up great. I expect this one to perform equally as well. There are two areas of improvement that would make this bag a 5 star for me. 1. As others have mentioned, this bag would better if it had a small padded strip at the bottom of the laptop sleeve. 2. I wish there were a few more internal zippered pockets in the front compartment for the storage of travel accessories. It has a few, but could benefit from a few more. Otherwise, it's a great travel bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The quality of this bag is disappointing I bought this bag a month ago, and with minimal use, the bag has started showing signs of poor quality. The zipper for the laptop compartment has already been broken, I've reported to Samsonite about it. Yet to hear back from them on the warranty, and replacement. The handle for lifting the bag is showingaa bit of breakage, the stitches are coming off slightly. Overall, I feel the bag is not meeting the expectations from a Samsonite brand. The bag seems to be smaller than I thought, but it should be sufficient to fit a laptop, charger, tablet, and lots of pocket which is a good feature.

I'm a student so I move around a lot between classes and every time I set my bag down I hear my laptop thud and I cry a bit! Had a Samsonite Vizair before and this was not a problem so I know you can do better Samsonite!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice backpack I bought this backpack for carrying personal items with me on airplanes and on day trips, and it has nice features to serve that purpose. Its compact size allows it to fit nicely under airplane seat and yet large enough to hold my 15.6" laptop and many other things. The carrying handle is strong and comfortable; the small zipper pocket for sunglasses is handy. I would like to see an addition of a hook for my key chain so I don't have to fumble looking for it among other small stuff.

I've been more than happy with this backpack. If there is a disadvantage is that I expected for it to have the capacity of a Swiss Army backpack. It still accommodates plenty of items.

Compartments to store office supplies, personal items, and water bottle. Padding on pack back and shoulder straps provides comfortable wear. Fabric, zippers, and straps made of sturdy material. This backpack has reduced me down to one bag! My lunch bag fits in the backpack and the separate compartment for my laptop is great. Lots of pockets and spaces to hold stuff separate which I love. My train buddy and I bought the same one and we both love them!

Dividers in front pocket keeps boarding passes and needed documents easily accessible. Just wish it came in colors other than black.

He was ecstatic because he borrowed my Samsonite backpack (slightly bigger than this one) and loved it. So I surprised him with this bag, and he loved the space and comfort it provided his lower back. He's happy with the size, color, style, weight, and just about everything about the bag.

Her mother selected this model and it was a perfect fit for her. She described it as "snazzy" and loves the slim design. I wish I had been more careful in ordering it, in not taking full advantage of your special offer the day of the purchase.

Walked into Ross and found only ONE - thank goodness - that fit the bill perfectly. It carried all of my electronics,. my quart bag of liquids, my cosmetics, a few extra basic clothing items, pens, business cards & more. There's even a small top pocket for sunglasses/glasses, cell phone, candy/snack for flights, with easy, fast access. Best bag ever. Strong straps that held weight without any problems. Would purchase again and again - but it's well made and I won't have to replace it ever ...
